I’m really pleased with the help I got from the folks at The Card Zoo, and I’m quite taken with the quality of the birthday card I ordered. I messed up a bit while personalizing my card and reached out to the customer service crew. They got back to me right away and were incredibly helpful and quick with their assistance. The design is fantastic, and you can really see the care that went into it. The customer support was top-notch, and the delivery was super fast. I’d totally recommend this place. My son is thrilled with his birthday card and adores it!

This was my first time placing an order, and I’m really let down by this company. I got a special birthday card for my grandson over a week ago, and it still hasn’t shown up in time. I called them, and they insisted it was sent out three days earlier, but I’m not buying that. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I suggest others steer clear too.

These cards are really nice, but they didn’t show up in time for the birthday celebration, so I had to grab another one from a local store. A few days later, the postman dropped a note through my door saying he couldn’t deliver a letter because the sender hadn’t paid for postage! I only figured out who it was from when I went to the post office to pick it up. When I realized it was the card I was missing from this company, I decided to refuse it and wouldn’t pay the postage. Seriously, how do you forget to put postage on a card? This was my first experience with this company, and it looks like it’ll be my last, which is a bummer.

I've shopped at Card Zoo before, and I can say for sure it won't be my last time. They offer a fantastic variety of cards, plus you can personalize some of them. Ordering online is super simple and quick. The delivery came quicker than I thought, which was awesome. When the card showed up, it was high quality with bright colors. I've told my family and friends about it because I'm really impressed!

I placed my order 8 days ahead of my son's birthday, and it still hasn't shown up! This card service is pretty disappointing, especially since folks usually need these on a tight schedule! If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd recommend doing it weeks ahead of time! I ended up having to buy other cards, so now I'm out double the cash! Never gonna use this service again!

Excellent customer support. I had placed an order for a card (well ahead of time) on Card Zoo since they had a way better variety than other websites I checked out. The card didn’t show up, so after some time, I reached out to them to explain the situation. I had to wait a bit longer than usual because of the Royal Mail strikes going on. The woman I talked to was super helpful and very apologetic. She gave me the option of a refund or a replacement. Since I had ordered early, I chose a replacement, which came really fast. I'm quite pleased with the service.
